Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions shall apply on bookings for seminars, workshops, training courses, conferences and other events (hereinafter referred as events) offered by Trifork GmbH.
Registration may be made by letter, fax or email by the participant or the department within his company handling the registration. The registration will become legally binding when confirmed by Trifork. Confirmation can be by letter, fax or email.
Notice by the attendee
Cancellation of registration can be done in writing, by fax or by email. Cancellations received before the event will receive a refund of the full registration fee. Cancellations made the day of the event or after as well as non appearance are non refundable.
Deviation and cancellation
Trifork has the right to amend any part of the events if necessary at any time. In case of force majeure or if there is good cause (e.g. illness of speakers or an insufficient number of participants) Trifork is entitled to cancel the event. In this case, any payments submitted shall be reimbursed in full. Participants shall have no legal claim to the reimbursement of travel and/or accommodation expenses or to compensation for loss of working hours.
Place of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be CH-8834 Schindellegi.
